Our rates are set to be fair and very competitive and our low cost Care Taker service suits the Owner who obtains most of their rentals from their own activities or seldom rents out their Villa. Our enhanced marketing package is there for Owners who want to drive up or maintain good levels or rental income.

We are licensed by the State Of Florida, and in the Counties where we provide services, to manage Vacation Rental Properties / Villas. For UK Residents we are also Authorised & Regulated to provide Financial Services e.g. Mortgages & Inheritance Tax Advice for UK & USA Assets. We also provide Trusts, Wills & Savings / Investment Products that are recommended for Foreign Property Owners.
We are regulated under FSA reference number 21400 as part of Alpha to Omega (UK) Ltd.
The Company is a family run partnership business owned and operated by Peter Hopkins & David Roscoe.
Peter has served his Clients in Marketing, Financial Services & Inheritance Tax / Estate Tax Mitigation for twenty years. Most of his Clients are careful savers and are financially savvy. David is an experienced Projects Manager and is skilled in development and implementation of new systems and strategies.
Over the last three years Peter has turned his marketing skills to the Villa / Vacation Rental Marketing sector and now operates over Three Hundred successful rental marketing websites from his offices in Regency House York UK.
