Caretaking is often all you need; especially if you rarely rent your Villa to others. This service is low cost and provides a point of contact on-site in Florida to take care of your property. We perform a weekly external inspection and a fortnightly internal check as well as responding to home owner association requests, utility company requests and alarm call outs. We also service the aircon filters once a month and perform a detailed property check quarterly. 

This package suits the homeowner who rents their villa out to friends and family as well as needing extra weeks rentals from our marketing service. This is a comprehensive management package that includes all in package 1 plus weprovide full rental services such as cleaning options and concierge service for your Guests. We have over 25 additional services for you to design your personalised bespoke package.

This package is a premium service that includes all in package 1&2 but provides bespoke enhanced marketing services; in particular we take fresh photos of your property using a professionally trained photographer with the latest professional grade super wide angle lenses. We also provide you with a full marketing suite of services including a full website dedicated to your property and linked directly from our fifteen prime villa websites. Your Villa is also listed in our printed catalogue and other paper based advertisments. This package is only available on certain properties that offer a private pool and a good standard of interior fixtures and furnishings.

Additional Services are added to create your bespoke service - some people need lawn care, some don't, some people have pools to clean, some don't - bespoke is best value.
