We are a Property Management company located in the Davenport area of Central Florida.

We predominantly cater for management of Vacation Rental homes, but can manage longer term lets also.

OUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PACKAGES

Catetaker Only:

Let us watch and take care of your home for just a $60 basic fee per month

Regular Management:

Our vacation rental management packages start at just $120 per month including provision of some sundry items

In addition to the above our standard property management services are priced as follows:

$90 per month for Pool Care

$90 per month for Lawn Care

$20 per month for Pest Control

Cleaning Fees:

3 Bed Clean    $80

4 Bed Clean    $90

5 Bed Clean    $100 etc

Highlands Reserve - rentals and property management

Calabay Parc - rentals and property management

Legacy Park - rentals and property management

Westhaven - rentals and property management

Hampton Lakes - rentals and property management

Westridge - rentals and property management

All other communities in the Davenport/Highway 27/Championsgate area served
